Yesterday I bought a Navman M300 device. I loaded all programs and then I tried to become a member. To do this or even to send an email, you have to click on the name of your product, but my device is not appearing in the list where there are more than 70 items. The only way to contact the developer is to use the MioMore's premium phone number. What can I do?

You don't need to select the device from any list in order to become a member. Just navigate to the official web page, fill up the provided fields and then press Register. If you have issues, you can use +886-2-2652-5888 phone number to get in touch with the support team. Also, you can obtain support if you access the official website. You can find your device if you look carefully in the Model drop-down list:
